Pesticides and Plant Growth Regulators

Pesticides and plant growth regulators are agrochemicals routinely applied during cannabis cultivation. These chemicals can be absorbed by the plants and then introduced to patients through medicinal cannabis products. In order to avoid health risks to patients, the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission currently requires medical cannabis products to be tested for 48 different pesticides and plant growth regulators.
